Wieeo is operated by MOONTIJ LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy covers our marketing website and the Wieeo application. For personal data your organization uploads about its own employees, your organization is the data controller and we process that data on its behalf as described in our Terms of Service.

• Account data — name, work email, organization name, and password when you register.
• Workspace data — the HR, attendance, payroll, and task data you and your team enter into the Service.
• Payment data — handled by our Merchant of Record. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details (such as country and the last digits of a card), but not your full card number.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used to keep it secure and reliable.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or sales.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and payments through our Merchant of Record.
