Terms of Service

Wieeo (the “Service”) is operated by MOONTIJ LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States (“Wieeo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Wieeo is a software-as-a-service workforce intelligence platform that provides attendance, payroll, performance, task management, and related team-operations tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to any plan-specific limits (such as the number of employees or seats) described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for the conduct of every user you invite to your workspace and for ensuring they comply with these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Our order process and payments are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, a third-party payment provider. When you purchase a subscription, our Merchant of Record is the seller of record, and your purchase is also subject to the Merchant of Record’s buyer terms and privacy policy.

Our Merchant of Record collects and processes your payment, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipts and invoices. We do not store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are stated on our pricing page and may change; we will give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.

We may offer a free plan or a free trial with limited capacity. Free access is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the billing terms above apply from the conversion date.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload or process data you do not have the right to use, including personal data of others without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, or otherwise interfere with the Service’s operation.

You retain all rights to the content and data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. With respect to personal data contained in Customer Data, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MOONTIJ LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

The Service may integrate with third-party products you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOONTIJ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold MOONTIJ LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period after which it may be deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Purchases processed by our Merchant of Record are additionally subject to that provider’s own terms with you as the buyer.
